This stunning property is an important noble house that is located in the historic center of Aljarafe, in a town near Seville, forty minutes from the beach, on one hectare of land.  The house and the tower were designed by the architect Rafael Manzano, former curator of the Alcazar of Seville. The property is set in one hectare and involves two sections. One is classified as "urbano consolidado" (meaning nothing can be built on it). The other third of the property is classified as industrial.  For the construction of this house, several doors from the Convent of the Encarnación in Seville and the Casa Palacio del Marqués de Aracena in Seville were reused. These items are in the living room. The house is composed of six bedrooms, five bathrooms, large kitchen, living room, sitting room and independent building. Standing out on the outside for its most significant element is the splendid crenellated tower with two bodies. The lower section of this tower is centered around a large space for a library or kitchen, framed by Portuguese tiles. The tall body is in turn centered by a balcony with a view over the Torrequemada and Valencinilla haciendas. The estate includes a swimming pool, two sheds, a wood workshop and two wells. The owners are working with the administration to get mains water installed. To the front and back are lovely gardens and an orchard of olive trees and fruit trees. This is one of the most important and rich examples of popular architecture in the province of Seville, located in the heart of its agricultural area halfway between Bormujos and Bollullos, with easy access by highway and an interior path.  The property is in the heart of Aljarafe, 6 km from Seville, 10 minutes by car, and 40 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Huelva.
