The farm lies imbedded in a shallow valley surrounded by olive groves and oak forests. The nearest villages of El Pedroso and Cazalla de la Sierra are about 10 km away and it takes about an hour by car to get to Sevilla  and its international airport. A well maintained 3 km long not tarmacked country lane leads to the approximately 50,000 m2 ( 12.5 acres) farm which is completely fenced.Entering the farm the visitor is immediately captivated by the tranquillity and the peace the farm exudes. Passing the entrance gate a typical Andalusian cortijo (farm house, 188 m2) with large terraces welcomes the visitor. There are two totally independent houses and with separate entrances under one roof. The smaller house has two bedrooms, a rustic kitchen open to the lounge with fire place and a bathroom. The larger house has a similar distribution but has three bedrooms.Next to the house is a yard with a circular pool and a barbecue with a typical bread/pizza oven. Behind the house lies the vineyard with approximately 800 vines. The owner produces about 15.000 liters of table wine annually.
